Apparently nobody has taught the yankee lady behind the counter anything about southern hospitality. I agree with every other review , she is very rude and very condescending. After waiting in line for several minutes for her personal conversation to end , she acted as if I was wasting HER time. Very uncalled for and I hope someone higher up reads these reviews and realizes how unhappy people are becoming.
By far the worst USPS in the state. Travelling and mailed package. The staff takes their sweet time even if the line is backed up. They also sent package back to me because it was 1 oz over. Will never stop here again.
I sell a lot on EBay and had a question about mailing a item I had sold and was told " I don't know the answer to your question you will have to go online because I've never done that before"!!! I'm just going to call Fedex and be done with it!!
The postmaster at this location should be fired. The worst reliability I have ever had from any post office. I had a package that tracking showed a confirmed delivery but I never recieved, do they care? Nope! It was a 1922 Dazzy Vance baseball card wonder what happened to it SMH. Missing mail is just part of life around here. This is a great example of why FedEx UPS and DHL have taking over the market and the postal service will become obsolete.
I give this post office 0 stars!!! Horrible delivery person and we never get our packages and it is impossible to get to the post office to pick up what she refuses to leave at my home because of their ridiculous hours!!!!!! I have complained to every official that would listen with MINIMAL resolve !!!
