WOW! old country style Pharmacy with a grill in the back it's called the Blue Jacket Grill people been telling me to go by and try this for a while now I finally stopped and had one of the best handmade hamburgers I've had in a long time. This is only a half block off of 501 in Anyor SC anyone come to the beach should definitely mark this town is this stop over
Consistently slow service, scripts need to be sent several times. Staff will tell you they have the script and when you come in to pick it up they don't have it. You will wait forever
